costume:the character is dressed as a Nun and this alone would give an image of innocence but then the area around the eyes are darker and almost blacked out with vibrant green eyes in the centre this gives off an uneasy feel and adds a sense of horror towards the photo also the face looks drained of life making the nun look dead but the brightness in the eyes shows there's still some life in her and the mouth is another facial feature that has been darkened to add to the horror tone of the photo.

lighting: the light is focused mainly on the face of the nun as the area around and behind is blacked out and the brightness of the face shows the audience pale and drained of life the nun is and this add to then horror sense.

make up: make up has been used to add a sense of horror in this poster as there is cracks in the skin and the area around the eyes have been deliberately darkened and the lips look like black lip gloss has been smudged across them the nose is quite thin and the is line on the face which add to the look of the nun being drained or dead, the eyes are bright green and look unnatural but brings life to the nun in the photo.

props: the nun is wearing a cross chain and in the background there is a lamp, the veil shes wearing conceals her hair and some of her face adding the unknown and horror aspect of the scene

setting: the is dark and dramatic with the lamp as the only source of light and the nun is alone in the room the area behind her looks dark and misty

This is for the horror movie IT in the the trailer the use of the clown costume: is a key feature as the the clown is the main character of the film and many people feel uneasy about clowns already so the use of a clown who has a high pitched weird voice with a weird smile add the the uneasy horror aspect of the film. the boys yellow coat is distinctive as it add too his innocence as yellow is associated with things such as sunlight and happiness and considering the its a rainy day the yellow coat brings a lighter side to the scene but also shows that rain doesn't stop the boys happiness as he still goes outsider to play with his boat.

The lighting: in this trailer is dull but natural as its about mid day on a rainy day and the boy is outside.

The actor: the young boy is shown to be innocent and oblivious to the dangerous of life that surround him and this is further proven when the boys bout goes down the drain and the high voiced clown pops up and offers him treats to come into the drain with him at which point the boy refuses as he has learnt strangers are dangerous but he is tricked into it when he and the clown trade names and hes offered his boat back tnis show just how oblivious and gullible the boy is to these dangers.  

make up: the use of the clown make up add to the uneasy factor of the trailer as the red lips of the clowns smile extends past his cheeks and up over his eyes this is quite creepy and its something out of the natural and the audience would notice this.

prop: The balloons are used to attract the children the clown wants to abduct and the balloons is a sign of happiness and fun  but the fact the balloons are red suggest danger and this should be the warning to the children. 

setting:The setting in this trailer is quite unusual as the clown seems out of place where ever it is as the usual place to see a clown is in the circus and in the trailer the clown is seen in all different kind of urban backgrounds which is very unusual for a clown the most out of place moment is the rainy day where the clown shown to be in the drain.

The costume, scale and size of this unreal gorilla makes the movie more interesting as there is a oversized gorilla that is terrorising people also the army are the ones fight the beast and the detail that has gone into making the gorilla look realistic is extensive as the the hair that covers it is life like and realistic.the lighting used here is natural.the actors are shown to be quite firm and down to business also the movement of the gorilla is realistic.the make up used to make the gorilla realistic is extensive as the gorilla has so much detail from the fingers and knuckles to the facial expressions it is able to make.the fill is set on a island far from civilisation but it soon becomes a battle field when the army get there.

in this film Avatar the costumes play a key part as the detail in the costumes is extensive as the main characters are blue and almost human look alike and the machines and tech the army use to fight these people is futuristic, also the lighting in this film is mostly natural, with a setting that is both exotic and beautiful as this is set in the forest with bright colourful leaves and trees and new species of plants and animals.the props that are used are also futuristic as the guns are built into special suits controlled by the human.the ,make up used is important as it sets the mood for scenes s when the characters are sweating they are in a dangerous or quite serious situation.
