costume :the character is dressed as a Nun and this alone would give an image of innocence but then the area around the eyes are darker and almost blacked out with vibrant green eyes in the centre this gives off an uneasy feel and adds a sense of horror towards the photo also the face looks drained of life making the nun look dead but the brightness in the eyes shows there's still some life in her and the mouth is another facial feature that has been darkened to add to the horror tone of the photo. lighting : the light is focused mainly on the face of the nun as the area around and behind is blacked out and the brightness of the face shows the audience pale and drained of life the nun is and this add to then horror sense. make up : make up has been used to add a sense of horror in this poster as there is cracks in the skin and the area around the eyes have been deliberately darkened and the lips look like black lip gloss has been smudged across them the nose is quite thi
